Where history and aesthetic meet modern, urban living.

You can have it all: city life with walkability to everything, on-site parking, fiber-optic cabling direct to all units, EV charging stations, common area wi-fi, and still the tranquility of the historic South Street district.

Our Community

The building's unique 'H' shape and enormous windows admit abundant sunshine. Most homes have garages and gas fireplaces; all units have their own gas furnace, and are pre-wired with fiber-optic cable. Heat is included via our HOA, as are maintenance of all interior and exterior public areas, snow removal, hot water, as well as refuse and recycling services.

See units currently available for sale or lease. In the spirit of preserving focus as an owner-occupied community, units are never purchased for leasing or transient purposes; thus, any rental offering means the unit has been owner-occupied and cared for at least one year prior. Homes range in size from 500 to 3,000 square feet.

Constructed in 1923 as a luxury apartment building, the Marlborough was converted to condominiums in the 1970's, when a team of craftspeople transformed 75 small rentals into 35 spacious, individually owned homes, each with a unique personality.
